Introduction

I created a YouTube channel to fill the knowledge gap and promote AI tools and their integration into traditional video production. In just a month, the channel gained 2,000 subscribers, 50,000 views, and 2,500 hours of watch time. I’m in the process of building all content formats, and it’s going to be interesting.

Market Request

Market Request

Being an enthusiast in the field of AI content generation, I discovered that AI-generated videos lack functional value and knowledge systems for training professionals.

There is currently a significant gap between new technological solutions and their practical application, as well as their integration into traditional video production and advertising markets.

We still have a long way to go in this direction, creating rental services, products, and workflows that will not replace, but enhance our human capabilities and traditional software stack, making new creative solutions more accessible and unique for the end user.

Approach

Approach

That's why I decided to create a channel that stays away from AI hype and aims to bring closer the stage of integration and practical application of AI for people in various creative professions. From designers and photographers to videographers and beginners who want to enter this industry. I set the following task: to create realistically generated videos and processes, as well as to develop training materials to contribute to the industry.

I set the following task: to create realistically generated videos and processes, as well as to develop training materials to contribute to the industry.

Process

Process

The task ahead was both complex and creative. I started with the basics and created:

  • Name

  • Logo

  • Description

  • Banner

  • Intro

  • Internal graphics like subscriptions and transitions

  • Position

  • Video Formats

  • Narrative Style

I based the name on "latent space," the "magic box" in diffusion models where all 3D data is represented as primitives and compressed to minimal sizes. Philosophically, this fits the position I have.

Stage 1

To create content and test hypotheses, Stable Diffusion and the spirit of the open-source community were perfect for me. I did a lot of research on GitHub and developed a workflow in ComfyUI for generating realistic videos with dynamic prompts. The workflow was designed more as a learning tool and a starting point for AI enthusiasts.

The result was immediate—thousands of downloads and positive feedback from the community for this educational workflow.

New Problem

Unfortunately, open-source models turned out to be quite demanding on local computer resources, and cloud services were inconvenient. Additionally, they aren't easily accessible for creative professionals in terms of usability.

From a commercial and practical standpoint, working with open-source models is not cost-effective for either the creator or the client. It's time-consuming, expensive, and inconvenient.

Stage 2

I took a six-month break to gain knowledge, experiment, learn from mistakes, and practice in a different direction, using ready-made commercial solutions. During this time, I gradually developed workflows that were not only creatively optimized but also appealing to the market.

In the end, using Adobe, Midjourney, and Runway Gen 3, I created a solid workflow and shared an example of how I did it on my channel.

The results were amazing, and the community responded positively. The workflow was well-received not only by beginner enthusiasts but also by professionals in related fields and mid-sized brands.

Conclusions

Conclusions

And now we’ve reached the present moment. I’m expanding the content formats on my channel, building a knowledge base. I have no goal of becoming a YouTuber, but in this field, there is a lot of work to be done to popularize AI tools in everyday life.

I’m also in the process of developing more targeted educational materials, which I plan to release in the coming months.

I see how we are moving past the "magic pill" phase, much like what happened with blockchain technology. We need to carefully and thoughtfully follow a model where AI becomes a reliable assistant, not a replacement for humans.

I believe this can significantly expand our abilities, unlocking the "creator" potential that is in each of us.

I hope my experience inspires you a bit and proves useful. Thank you for your time and attention 🙏
